Ok, i have a question. i realize that this is a page for the eclipse but i have a question that i think you can help me with. In addition to my eclipse i also have a dodge neon. Since you guys have given me lots of good info before it though i would ask you , the neon has valve clatter throught the rpm range. I have tried new head gasket, egr-valve, pcv-valve, i change the oil every 3k with mobil 1 . I have replace the spark plugs twice and the wires aswell. Also i have tried using higher octane gas, but it didn't make any difference. The compression is #1 190 #2 190 #3 195 #4 190. the engine has 80 k miles on it. any suggestions would be appreciated.
