#20058, "Intake Manifold"

Hello everyone, is the intake manifold for our cars two pieces (the avenger has lower and upper manifolds)? I am pretty sure that ours are exactly the same. But I wanted to know for sure because I will pull one from the junkyard and clean it in order to send mine to ARD with my spare throttle body. Thanks for your help....

Thanks for your reply. Has anyone performed the Intake Manifold Port & polishing from ARD? I would like to know of some results. I just spoke to Owen from ARD, and he said that for NA cars the 55mm boring of the TB and the manifolds is better, but if you are gonna turbocharge he does the 57mm for all. I want to know how it resulted on the streets. Please let me know because I want to ship my parts by the beginning of the week adn I want to net the best results. Thnak you!!!

i got an ARD p&p intake mani chillin here next to me... it looks very nice, but i am waitin to compare it to my stocker once i rip her out..

what i can say, is that the only places where portin is done is at the entrance and exits of the runners, and right where the throttle body attatches..... the porting is only about 4-6 inches deep, where the runners are longer, hence, some parts of the intake mani weren't ported... i may hook up a dremel and port the areas that werent touched...

shit looks dam pretty ever since i painted it red, and dropped a shitload of carb cleaner thru it...

That is relly cool Vegadsmr......I bet that will look sweet in your engine bay. Will you let me know on your results? I wanted to go to the junkyard this and pull a manifold because my car is very daily-driven. And that way I can ship it on monday with either 57mm job(TB and manifold) or a 55mm job. Thanks for the input.
