OBDII didn't start until 96, so you are OBDI. Some cars did start using OBDII in 95. Not sure about DSMs. If you look under the hood, it will say OBDII somewhere. If obdII, there will also be an obdII plug facing down, right about where your right knee is on the driver side. it's shaped like a trapazoid. there are a few obdII programs for pc. http://www.ghg.net/dharrison (works with both pc and palm, I have this one), http://www.obd-2.com, http://www.autotap.com, http://www.obd2.com, http://www.cadvision.com/autoxray/pclink.htm. I did a lot of research on these before i finally bought one. If you have any questions, you can email me.

Our '95s are OBDI certified (whatever that means), but have OBDI and OBDII plugs. A generic OBDII logger can interface with a '95 ECU. I don't believe anyone's ever tried to put an OBDI logger on a '95. It would be interesting to see if there are any differences (or if it would work).
