My old stock downpipe has holes in it so I have to replace it...I got the replacement...my question is will I have to take off the heat shield and work from the top of the car...or will all the work be underneath...and I see there is some wiring I have to do I am assuming that will be like a o2 sensor since that is what satan told me was causing the engine light to come on...let me know

Yeah it is pretty straight forward. Just jack up and support the front of the car, and crawl under. there will be two bolts connecting the DP to the cat, and two bolts connecting to the manifold. then two more for bracket support, and then the 02.
I would reccomend you start with the sensor first. then break loost all bolts before removing it. Of course liquid wrench the bolts prior.
