you read my mind....


I wanted to post a question that was asking if the neon throttle body would work on our 420a. I want to send my throttle body to Howell to be bored, but I need y car running in the ean time. I called some junkyards and no Eclipse/Avenger/Sebring 420a's in the area, so I was wondring if the neon's would work? Thanks.

NO, the Throttle Body from a Neon is TOTALLY different and will not work on our cars.

anything is possible with enough money... how could anyone tell you if you can swap anything from a car that isnt even out yet??

I was thinkin mostly about the TB. Will either, DOHC or SOHC, fit? Heck, are they even better(bigger) than ours?

I think the motor is too tall, at least, that's what I remember about PT cruiser's 2.4 motor from previous discussions. If you had a hood with two 'humps' that motor might fit.

What about the exhaust manifold? I know we have a different head, are the manifold's bolt patterns the same? Specifically, for the turbo manifold on the upcoming srt-4.

The SRT-4 will be equipped with... drum roll please... a T-25! And the downpipe etc. is very tiny. Not worth it. Just get the extra grip together, and get a Star or HRC turbo kit.
