#19536, "I start my car and it wants to die?"

This only happens when its cold and my car has sat for a while. Right when I start my car it wants to die. It goes to like 100rpm and then I just have to tap the pedal and then it idles fine. Is it just the cold or something else?

My sister's BMW is like that. You have to tap the pedal for the damn alternator to turn on at full blast. Check that.

Ok. I'll tighten the belt to see if that helps. I also have the UDP and that makes it turn less too
