i heard it keeps out water on CAI's but honestly do you need it if it doesnt rain alot where I live do i need it?? and do you only need it if you are driving in like puddles or something??

the only time they help you is if for some odd reason your filter gets completely submerged in water (or nearly submerged) so yeah.. helps if you like to drive through huge puddles.. or FLOODS.. hehe. I personally think it's a gimic to scam some more dollars from ya. and yes I know the bypass valve works.. but most people avoid those situations when driving their modified cars.. hehe.
