for those of you who have the AEM CAI, do you use the AEM filter that comes with it, or is there a better filter i could get to put on it? also, does the bypass valve work well? it rains alot here, especially in the spring and i didnt want that to be a problem. thanks.

You can't even see the filter since it's a CAI, so I would just stick with the K&N since its easily washable. I've seen tests where those foam filters don't flow quite as well as a K&N when they get dirty. Stuff just gets lodged into the foam. The K&N one is fine.
