Exhaust or UDP, I would go with the UDP (you'll see more HP gains), but it's up to you.

From what I have read on this forum the UDP is more noticeable in gains. That is my next mod, I am looking to purchase it really soon. But if you do exhaust which does looks and performance, word of advice from personal experience: get a cat-back. I didn't. Mine is a universal Tenzo-R exhaust. Don't get me wrong it sounds really good (deep and throaty) but I probably didn't gain anything from it. I spent $150 for the muffler and $30 to have it installed. Now I want to buy the Greddy EVO so not only do I loose what I spend but also spend some more.....Although I do like the way my exhaust looks, really well done install. Either way you do it, add your personal flavor to it....And good luck. Also post on your results.

I would do the suspension... so far that is my favorite mod. No more waiting for the flood, and the car looks TITE. There is no use adding power if you cant get that power to the ground properly.

suspension won't help you get the power to the ground.. hehe. better tires or Moter Mount inserts will do that.

Get a catback. If you've already spent the money on the intake, get the exhaust. You can't fully recognize the value of the intake without the exhaust. Even if you get the UDP, you'll still be trying to squeeze the extra horses through a stock 2 1/4" pipe. Let that Mutha breath!
