What type/size fastener is used to hold on the TPS sensor? I need to adjust it and I don't want to take off the TB to do it. Not to mention if I don't have the proper tool (unlikey, but possible) I can't go get the right tool with my car apart. TIA

it's a torx bit of some sort. Not sure on size. it's a much better bet you'll be able to get the TPS off with the TB off - those torx screws are locktite'd in place.

Thanks Dino. I thought it was a Torx bit, but I'm not sure on the size either. My luck I'll take it all apart and not have the right size. Maybe I'll stop at Sears on the way home. Thanks again.

Sears sells a 7 pc. Torx socket set. It's in that set, but I don't remember the size (maybe a T30, NOT sure though).
