OK, I need to replace the uper o2 and wich 1 do I need?

You need this one:
973+0300 NTK O.E. Replacement., 2.0L(MPI) Mdls. $37.29

Not the spyder one or the rear one. Some people that ordered it from NOPI got a direct plug in o2 sensor, but me and another guy both got ones that needed to be spliced into the existing o2 sensor wire. It's no big deal, especially since you know how to solder.
