Ok we are replacing the factory 95 t350 with a t350 from a 97.....We got a new DF clutch, new output shaft seals, new BCA throwout bearing, new tranny fluid... Can anyone tell me what else we might need?

BTW, we are swapping because the old tranny used to just pop out of 5th, but it started popping out of 3rd now too so this a preemptive move before the damn thing stops altogether.

Swap scheduled for thursday so hurry up!!!

That sounds like everything. By "output shaft seals" do you mean axle seals? If not, pick some of those up. It's a 6-8 hour job depending on how many people and if you have air tools or not.

resurface flywheel? I'd at least have them look at it.

Shit is all apart. Typical...

There is no flywheel - it's integrated into the clutch pack. new clutch = new flywheel.

Sorry I figured she'd go with the Non-modular set-up. Since she already had the flywheel. I believe that is possible isn't? I was planning on using a lightweight flywheel and a non-modular clutch in my modular 97.

Shit is all apart. Typical...

no flywheel? I've never heard of a car with no flywheel. hell.. ATX's have flywheels. They just aren't part of the clutch system.

Look at her signature gentleman, 95 RS. So there most likely will be a flywheel.

Auto's have flexplates
96+ have flexplate and modilat clutch (flywheel included)
95 has no flexplate, a flywheel, clutch disc, pressure plate.

Una salus victus.

Not entirely true.

i own a 95. It uses a modular clutch. I have never seen a 95 with a nonmodular, only heard storied that they were around.

She might. I didn't. So who knows? And mine is 12/94, so fairly early 95.
