#17788, "Can you install turbo yourself"

Can a person with a medium amount of mechanical knowledge install a turbo kit from Star or Hagn or should a professional do it. And how much could you expect a garage to charge for this installation?

Do it yourself.

At the risk of sounding like someone's parents, i installed my turbo on my back, in a parking lot while it was raining and 26* outside with just hand tools and a flashlight.

And that was just the first time.

The pump is pretty easy just a buncha wiring. Do the fuel pump rewire mod while our at it and save some time hehe. The FMU is something else, that one really got me confused...
