I was wonder if any one knew if you could turbo a 99 GS and i you could, what else would you need to do besides get the turbo and how much it would cost.

No offense but some people need to read and do some investigating on your own. Also you have been around awhile since it says you are a charter member that means you where here before the changes where made to the board, you should know shit like that by now. Yes you can turbo your gs. A few companies make bolt on kits for our engine that come with everything you need. As for the price, im not to sure. Check out these sites:
