is it true that you lights will dim after you install a udp someone said the lights will dim at idle also would it be ok to get a system after the udp

I noticed NO difference in the brightness of my interior or exterior lights and also my 2 amps have no problems either after I installed the AFX UDP.

on my zx2 the headlights dimmed a bit at idle stock.. I just installed my Esslinger UDP a few days ago. the lights don't dim anymore then they did before I had it on.

I also noticed no difference in my headlights and interior lights and I have Two 12's and a 1500 amp and everything works like normal

i just bought one and i am waiting for it to come in. i'll let you guys know if i get that problem

my interior lights dim at idle (like at long stoplights). its only noticeable if i rev the engine over a grand, cuz thats when it brightens up a tad. my drivin lights havent changed, and my system still thumps(more like barnks)

No problems here, and I have avoltmeter, the voltage never drops to a low level. Love my UDP, well worth the money

The charging voltage is electronically regulated. As long as the alternator spins and the ECU stays cool, the charging voltage will remain constant.
