white smoke is usually burning coolant.. that's a bad sign if it's comming out of the breather.

yes it's idling crappy, when i rev it up high, i let it go and it shuts off. oh no you guys got me worry...please tell me it ain't what i think it is...

Like i've said a million times before. It's NEVER the rings. Rings don't fail under boost.

Sounds like you've cracked a piston. Do a compression test.
