Sean (Thunderous Talon) and I are goin to be changing out my Headgasket tomarrow morning and I was just wondering if there are any precautions or anything from any of you that have done it before. I've read the Vfaq and Corbins write-up about, but just want to make sure there is nothing else that I need to know. TIA

No it's not too bad, just time consuming. Make sure you have a puller for the crank pulley and torque wrenches. Full gasket sets and a manual for torque specs, and torque sequence

You need to download the Factory service manual and the 420a rebuild manual.

You can get those both here, http://www.heavenz-not-0verflowing.com/files/

In case you still need it.
Here's the torque sequence for thr head bolts. Number them if you are in froint of the car facing the motor.
10 6 2 3 7
9 5 1 4 8

1. Torque 1-6 to 25 ft-lbs & 7-10 to 20 ft-lbs
2. Torque 1-6 to 50 ft-lbs &7-10 to 20 ft-lbs
3. Torque 1-6 to 50 ft-lbs &7-10 to 20 ft-lbs
4. Turn 1-10 1/4 turn (do not use torque wrench use regular wrench)
