This is what I did....
Had pepboys install it for me when they did my timing belt. Total for the timing belt and pulley install was $350. I didnt even want to attempt doing the pulley myself because I have heard so many bad things about doing your self. Its a bitch to get it off. I have heard of people breaking pullers trying to pry the old one off.

Relax bro lol
Check out vegasdsmr's website, he has a very useful walkthrough on how to install the UDP. I just did mine this past week so if you need any help other than that email me at jaybp24@attbi.com
1) go get a puller. I bought a craftsman so just in case I broke mine I could get a new one. You can rent one at autozone also but if you break it, you buy it.
2) the longer bolt and washers are a must. You will see what this means when you try to put on the new pulley.
3) HAVE PATIENCE!! This install isnt the easiest to do. It is almost guaranteed you will have trouble with one or more parts of it. Just take your time and do it right and it will turn out fine.

It's an easy install. It only took about 3 - 4 hours using the instructions listed above. I did bake the pulley but was only able to get it on about an 1/8th inch that way. I had to force it on from there.

I read another install write up today and it says to bake the UDP for 45 minutes, and that it would expand enough to have it slide on. I dont know if it works or not, but its worth a try.

DO IT YOURSELF!!
all you need is a good puller and the ball beraing install tool. When I did my head gasket taking the pulley off took like 10 minutes and when i had to put the new one on it took like 5 minutes with on air gun.
I used an air gun to take the bolt out at first also. I got my puller at ontool.com I forget the price but it was like $75 for the puller and the install tool.
Dont pay $50. I think the hardest part was loosing up the alternater to get that belt off.
but when you get it on. i woulnt get a system or anything else. My lights dim at idle stock!!
