I know you guys are probably getting sick of my questions, but my car is just being a bitch and the dealership is no help

1.I have a weird click/clunk coming from this little canister with A/C lines going to it.It is right next to all the accsesory belts and it is only noticeable at idle.What would you say the problem is there?

2.Would the crank pulley torque down if it wasn't pressed on all the way? My a/c belt's inside edge rests a little close to the pulley and I already have had problems with it slipping off.And the belt doesn't ride exactly in the center of the idler pulley, it is off to the left side a little.

Anyways i put a cone filter on the end of my stock tubing.It sounds cool and adds a little punch, but it doesn't make the loud hissing noise my Acura did.If you guys can help me, great, if you can't thanks anyway.

the A/C noise is probaly just the compressor cycling on and off, it makes a noise when it does it.

It is a constant noise though, kind of like a valve tick but it is definately coming from that little canister.Could the A/c need charged? It still blows cold air....Any ideas?

My A/C compressor was making a slight ticking noise and it just got worse and eventually it stopped working.

yeah i know exactly what u mean...its not from the belts but sounds like a valve tick. i have had the noise for 90,000 miles and i can't figure it out...but nothing has broken or been bothered from whatever it is caused by, so i wouldn't worry about it...my .02

i have the noises also. but i don't think its the ac. i believe its the evap canister.

So is there any way to fix it? It is damn annoying.Also my power steering whines like a ford.Especailly in the morning.Bad Pump?????????
