Ihad the new belt installed today and now for some reason the car shakes. bucks, and stalls what is wrong and there is no power or alot not normal. engine is shaking bad also. Did they maybe time the ignition wrong?

sounds like they lined up the cams gears wrong. you may be off a tooth or two. Take it back and make them fix it.

thats what happened to mine, took it back and it was off a tooth. Tell them to fix it

I agree 100%. If the car went in fine, then i would def say they didn't line up the gears properly...

Whatever you do, DO NOT HAND THEM A SINGLE DOLLAR, if you drove your car in you should be able to drive it out, especially since all they did was a maintenance issue, not a somethin's'broken issue.

Thanx that is what it was they fixed it for free. It cost me $230 belt included to put it in before they f-ed it up they said it was off a FEW teeth like 3. Hope they didnt effect valve or anything?

Hey Wazzup! I wanted to thank you guys for bringing this up. I had the same problem and thought it might be a bad vaccum hose or something until I read your posts. I called the shop that did the belt replacement and they are going to check it.
