Like the phantom grip, how much time off the 1/4 mile should you expect? Cant you give a lot more gas at the line?

with a lsd, you will spin both wheels instead of just one... they will spin pretty much evenly, or should most of the time. no one can give you any data on this question, because it just depends on what your setup is, how much boost your running(or not running), etc.... you will launch better with a LSD, but you'll still have wheel spin. If your serious about a LSD, realize you will have to remove the front suspension, remove the tranny, take the case apart, remove the old diff, install the phantom or quaife, reinstall(parts needed) check armond30.com for info on installing a diff in our trannys, etc... its not an easy task, but its possible to do it yourself, just might break a few more parts a shop wouldnt break emoji

LSD is for both my. Hades.. hehe. altough with my zx2 I could use one for AutoX'n, cause the got the axles setup so that you don't need a LSD to spin both tires in a straight launch with the zx2. it's pretty cool, just a few days ago I mashed it from a light and the whole front of the car slid towards the right cause both front tires spun. hehe.

i would imagine you could launch harder because power is going to both wheels. you would have another tier gaining grip at the same time.

There are a few reasons to get an lsd with our engines. If you want to take the twisties faster, if you want to launch a little better, and if your making too much damn power for the stock diff to handle. emoji
