I blew my valve cover gasket about 2 months ago and i replaced it with a napa one. I blew it again tonight- should i get a replacement from mitsu instead of from napa, or is there any type of upgraded gasket?

Sometimes stock parts are the best. I believe they are less than $20 anyway from the dealer so might as well try that. Was it the gasket or installations fault it started leaking again.

yeah i just replaced my valve cover gasket and spark plug well gaskets with stock mitsu parts for 35 with tax i think. just make sure u clean the surface really good when u put the new one in, use brake/parts cleaner to remove oil and dirt. i also used some blue gue at the base of the cam caps and where the rubber cut out thing is to make sure no oil leaks. good luck.

Anyone know how much satan charges to change one? i have literally no time to do it and my only option would be to drop it off and have them do it...
