#15968, "Engine Rebuild...Anyone willing to help me ?"

I will prolly be purchasing the Howell Bottom End kit within the year...*hopefully* by summer.

But I was wondering if anyone here (with the experience) would be willing to help me install it ? I have never rebuilt an engine before, so obviously I would have to take it to a shop.

But I would love to gain the hands on experience, knowledge..and avoid shelling out another $1k on labor costs for someone to do it for me.

I know its not easy...and I am not asking anyone to do it for free...but I really want to know what its like to rebuild an engine. Ofcourse, I would compensate you in some way.

With that aside, I live in Chantilly, VA (Fairfax County). Anyone in the area that is open to the idea, feel free to reply, or send me an email - clockworkknight@starpower.net

Thanks guys.
