its not the motor. it has to be something inside the transmission. do you guys have any idea what the noise could be. my dad thinks it could be the clutch or pressureplate spring? i don't know what he is talking about myself since i have no idea about most of any of this.

the noise is something of a grinding noise when the car is not being given any gas.

i can be in gear and driving without making the noise as long as i am accelerating(can't spell) but as soon as i coast the car will start to make that stupid noise again.

any suggestions as to what this may be.

ps it started after i left the track on friday. (if that helps anything)

the eclipse is gon emoji but i sold it to my brother so it is still in the famil emoji i bought the nissan se-r spec emoji i like it for the price i paid. once the aftermarket starts coming into play i will have one hella fast biotch. i gteched her at 15.4 with 1

my clutch will make a grinding sound when the engine is still cold and my car is not in gear. Maybe thats it, dont really know why it does it though but I know other members have the same noise.
