Would this be beneficial, if so, energy suspension or solid mount from Howell?

Doesn't have much difference since Autos don't usually wheel hop. I have it on my auto (energy suspension) but can't really tell a difference except you can feel the idle a bit more (but that's also because my head is ported and milled).

It will help. Not as much as an MT, but it will help. Your engine still torques during shifts, and the mounts will help get more of that torque to the wheels.

My A/T used to hop like a jackrabbit. Maybe that's why my differential decided to leap through the bottom of the bellhousing... Ah well, I guess that was my sign to do the M/T swap...
<Enter serious plug mode> BTW: I have all the parts I need, except the tranny, and a bunch of labor from friends who like free beer and free food. Any takers? I'm in MA. <end serious plug mode>
