liquid wrench, lots, shop towels(maybe)
i think the o2 sensor is 22 or 21 mm
make sure the rear end is up high enough to get teh flange out over the rear crossmember.
and a breaker bar!!!

Yo man, hope you got the package today. There should be 2 gaskets that I sent you, one goes in between the muffler and resonator and the other goes between the other end of the resonator to the long pipe heading to the catalyst. Now as for the gasket that goes between the catalyst and the long pipe, you should use the exsisting one that is there. I had mine installed by a shop but from what I saw if was fairly simple, all you need is mabe some WD40 to loosen up the bolt holding the pipes together, then you slip them out of the rubber hangers. As for the sensor, Im not sure but I think you need a special wrench or socket, Im not sure of the name of it.

The package is in Denver, fedex usually comes late afternoon to here. I know nothing about doing exhaust so it should be interesting. My car guy wanted 80 bucks to put it on so I decided I was going to try it myself. It will be a learning experience lol. When you guys talk about the o2 sensor I have no idea what you are talking about, Im sure I will find out though. Thanks for the tips though, greatly appreciated. i hate going into something blind!

The sensor looks like a plug with a wire coming out of it that is screwed in the side of the exhaust pipe.
