My car just past the 80K and do u guys think I shd change the timing belt, can I get back some lost performance for that? Also is it worth to change the cam gear and the under drive pully also? how much would each of those cost?

Thx for any input.

im also getting ready to do this (~75k miles).
I plan on getting timing belt, water pump, and all other belts changed all at once.
Anything else I should have done while its in there?

just be sure to replace everything in there.. including the idler pulley, tensioner pulley, and tensioner.. and yes if you plan on getting an udp or cam gears you might as well get them done at the same time.. an afx udp will run you 160 and i would also recomend that you get different belts than those that come with the afx they tend to sqeak because they are cheap, so any other name brand will do, just take the belts with you to match up the correct size. cam gears around 200 or more. let me tell you that this darn timing belt thing seems to cost a lot when done, but just take my advice and get everything replaced, or you may run into having to redo it shortly thereafter..

i just did timing belt #2(yes i have that many miles). underdrive pulley is worth it, but for what u spend on aem gears you might wanna put that somewhere else, they don;t give u a ton of power for what u spend. i replaced water pump and belt. all the other stuff seemed fine, just check it for wear or play and make sure everything's tight. and yes you will get more hp cause when the belt is old its stretched and actually has the motor slightly out of time, by using a new belt it puts it back in a little, at least i think so. every little bit counts i always sa emoji
