wazzup guys my name is Tommy . and I'll tell you guys how honda guys scam parts. First of all this happens at Pepboys and autozone. first off both autozone and pepboys have lifetime warranty parts. if you buy something for example like a motormount it has a lifetime warranty on it.this is what honda guys do, 4 or 5 people chip in too buy parts and put there warranty under a specific phone # and name. They put the warranty parts under a phone# and name that all there friends can use for example john, smith 1-800-000-0000 and all there friends use this when they break a motormount they just bring in the motormount and exchange it for a new one under the warranty, the people at autozone and pepboys don't ask for ID all they need is a Phone# to check for warranties. this guy bought a axle the following week his friend broke his ,and used his friends warranty ,and the following week they did it again . How do I know all this ,I work at one Of these parts store. lifetime warranty parts and honda guys are taking advantage of it and there friends. Not trying to give you guys any ides just telling what"s going on()

Man your store reserves the right to break that contract w/ the customer. My buddy runs a store here in Kansas City, and some guy swore up and down that every ALT they sold him was bad. My friend decided to tell the guy that they would refund the part or give a last replacement, and to take his business elsewhere. Warranty parts cost the store money too.
