Went out this morning to do my follow up torque from my header install. And one of the bolts just kept spinning, so i pull it out and sure enough it's stripped inside the head. Funny how the person who helped me forgot to mention this... So my question is, should i tap it and put a new bolt in it? Or should i put a stud in there?

You could try to put a helicoil in it and use the standard bolt.
