Not being an ass here, but

stop launching so hard! If you're wheel hopping you are launching too hard. You are just spinning your tires and not getting what you should out of the launch anyway. Take it a bit easier and you'll take off from the line faster. It would sound as impressive, but you'll get the hole shot on may an unsuspecting honda owner emoji

Yep Todd said it best. You can't just dump the clutch and get a good launch, all you will get is wheel hop. And when you get that good launch, don't miss third.

well i know for me on rare occasions I will go WOT in first and by 4000rpm my wheels will start hopping (this is in a straight line, hell I even chirped third last night). I did it last night, temp dropped to like 20*. I would much rather have the tires spin than hop it feels like the world is coming to an end. You should check my post about motor mounts further down, it has the link to the motor mounts we need.

not only is wheel hop annoying and screws your acceleration, you do that to much and you are gonna bust something, most likely an axle. wheel hop is some serious shit that can cause mad breakage in a big hurry.
