My radiator is brand new, previous owner replaced it and other stuff.

Coolant gauge did go up then back down once, after I got the car home from a 2 hour trip picking it up.

Was told it could be the coolant temp sensor, CTS.

Wanted to be sure first before I spend a few bucks, for this.

First, time seeing this. Now I know gauges work. lol

Just have get my shifter lights and climate panels lights working.

I was told its my coolant temp sensor & switch.

Order them from rockauto.

Could this be a sign of waterpump or a hose leak possibly starting to fail?

Thought I share this. When I bought my clean 1995 gs. When I turn key on, I always see a radiator symbol on dash for a few seconds then goes out.

Found out it's a low coolant level indicator.

This link may help others out.
