Just want to know if anybody has heard of, or had to re-sync the ckp to the ecu. Is that something I would need to do once I replace the ckp? Im throwing a cel light 11 and 12. Thanks for taking a moment to read.

As far as a "re-sync" goes...you can disconnect the negative battery terminal for 15 minutes and that will reset the ECU.

There is a resyc function in my snap on scanner to do thsi but to be honest, I have replaced at least 30-40 sensors over the course of the past 10 years and even without disconnecting the battery have I ever had an issue.
