What kind of motor oil are you guys using, i was looking at some Mobil 1 fully synthetic 5w-30 what do you think?

alotta people you Mobil 1 full synthetic.
me personally, I stick with Royal Purple Racing 21 its 10$ a quart but well worth it.

mobile 1 synthetic 10w30 like everyone else says... most important is frequent oil changes, i change mine every 1200-1500 miles, you can never change your oil too much.

i use valvoline fully synthetic (get it free) and i change my oil every weekend

The 2GNT is Gone... and the curse too!!

sorry to go against the grain but i just think synthetic is too think and i'm sure i'll start leaking with that. i opted for the 10w40 pennzoil..non synthetic, and i've used it the lifetime of the car.

i also have 118000 miles on my car and she's still running strong as hell. 190 compression across the board...works for me.

I used to use Royal Purple before my engine rebuild, and now I'm using Mobil 1 10w30 tri-synthetic. I've spoken with people in Europe, and have read some articles on Mobil 1, and I'm convinced that it's one of the best motor oil out there!
