#136987, "Stage 3 cams on the street?"

I have a few questions that I have been curious for a while. Is it possible to run stage 3 cams on the street?.. Will it die at idle, and I will have to constently rev the engine to keep it alive?.. What are the symptoms of this?.. and if anyone has tried this which cams have you used?

Double check all your coolant and oil lines....., before you take off and see a cloud of smoke behind you!

They have worked pretty decent for me. Idle is pretty rough but I use the MP manual adjuster so it won't hold an idle until it warms up. Other than that it's fine.

At what RPM does you power drop off with those cams?

I think they're good up to 7500.

Do they feel any more sluggish down low than the 2s? I know everyone was telling me the Crower 2 would kill my low end, but I still drive it around the city, shifting lightly at 2.5k like I did with the stock cams. Might be a little less bottom end there, but hasnt affected my DD ability.

So, it will pull hard all the way to 7,500, or you can rev to 7,500? The reason I ask is because I used to have a crx with a type r motor, and I miss a good high rpm screamer.
