There was a few minutes left, on my work break and I had to write quickly. I received my egr block off plates yesterday(is what I meant by received them yesterday). Let me rephrase my question.
However, this is still a mystery.

Let me attempt a translation and you tell me if I get it right... Did you mean to ask this?
Translated post by dalesmitsu After the installation of the block off plates and reconnecting the EGR transducer to remove the CEL, would I have an idle surge, like those who have gone turbo? My engine is stock and I do not plan on going turbo. Here's an example.
If this is correct, it makes sense grammatically, but you never stated what is actually happening. Are you having idle problems after you installed everything or are you just asking if installing what you received will cause this problem?
