Now I bought arp head studs and a main studs kit but is it absolutely needed to get performance bolts for the Cam bearing caps, exhaust manifold and the intake manifold? Also as for the plumbing is it absolutely needed to re route the vaccum lines if your goals are planning on running over 450 hp on high boost?

You don't need ARP's for cam caps. And you run vacuum lines where they need to go and thats about it as far as explaining those go. And Good luck with that hp goal.
