i just got the code for low circuit voltage bank 1 sensor 2, I have no cat but using the non fouler's to move the o2 sensor away from exhaust but now seems like it isnt working. On my torque app it is showing front o2 having voltage it jumps around and the rear is on 0 doesn't move. I need some advice it seems like this is robbing power from my car.

Are you using a HFC or a Test pipe?

The Rear o2 has prolly gone bad. If the Spark plug fitting was the cause the Rear o2 would read the same as the front o2. Since your pegged at "0" as you put it, the o2 is more than likely shot.
Rear o2 should not affect performance, sounds like you have additional issues somewhere.
