I have a block with 3 forged eagle rods that are from 5 or so years back and it appears they have updated the design for these. I'd imagine the new version is the same weight and able to be matched in the same block with the older version of the rods but I just wanted to see if anyone could confirm the compatibility? Thanks

most likely not, but dont assume anything - call eagle to confirm w/ their techs

Even rods from the same batch will very in grams, sometimes by up to 10 grams (if not slightly more). If you are ever ordering a single rod, its best to have weights on the big and small end. The higher performance the engine, the closer I would have them, if it is just a daily driver, no performance, weights aren't as important, but its always a good idea nonetheless
