Well ever since I put in that damn Greddy Type S BOV, my car has been going to shit........After struggling to get it to finally blow off right, I have not really got on my car lately to test it out. Well tonite after I filled up my tank, I decided to get on it to see if it still has it....
It doesn't....
The symptoms:
It seems that when I floor it, in first it gives a slight hesitation, and than a LOUD POP! and that's when I usually let go of the gas.
Than at times, it just hesitates, hesitates, hesistates, but it goes.
I know I had a minor oil leak before, but now, the leak seems like its getting worse. it's coming from either a)the T from the sending unit or b) the oil return line was not tapped right.
The oil that I checked from the dipstick has a burnign smell or very distinct smell to it. Does that help?

Sorry to hear that mickey. I had an oil leak too and it was the line coming out of the sending unit to the turbo was loose. Check to see if any of the connections are loose.

Damn man, the f*ckin thing about it, is that when I drive it normal, slow, or even get on it a little bit, it's fine......but when I punch it....it's like it's bogging out and than there's that f*cking POP POP noise......could it be knock (detonation) WTF, I'm going through what dualgen is going through now.....
So many things that could be the problem.
Tranny, fuel problem, etc etc.
(sigh) any other ideas?

Only have the air fuel gauge and not even the good one, just the blinky blinky job by autometer.
I'm hitting 11 lbs of boost on the t-25, and the readings are really kind of weird on the a/f gauge
When i first floor it, it goes completely lean.......like so lean it the red almosts fades out....than it'll surge over to stoich or the first bar of rich, and that's when the hesitations begins and than POP goes the weasle.......

what are you using to bump up your fuil supply because of the boost? did you upgrade to an aftermarket fuel pump? To me it seems like the sudden gasp for air from your engine seems to rob it of fuil then the fuil system catches up after a second right?

i am not sure the problem but i watched a eclipse pull out from a red light he accelerated and it was like pop pop pop pop then he shifted and i heard the BOV.. i thought it sounded weird.. not sure what the problem is
