#13425, "Intake question... What Kind??.... Need Help"
Hey I have read in other posts that some intakes make sort of a whistling sound whats the cause of that? Im looking to buy next week so trying to get some ideas of a good intake system but dont have much money right now ( I know that doesnt help lol ) I found one at r-speed.com for like $80 for a cold air intake system but just not too sure what to look for...... Well thanks in advance for all your help..

You can definetely find some cheap ones out there, but there is a reason they are cheap! But Ive heard this many times, and it is true........ ANYTHING is better than that damn restricitive air box under your hood right now. IF you are looking for a short intake I have one I purchased off EBAY a while back before I bought my AEM. Its in decent shape, it was on the car for about a month.... here is a link to one that is similiar, although the one in this pic is not for an eclipse. The collar is yellow on mine as well
