After I ran the 1/4 mile sat. I parked it for a while and came back to run again. tried to start the car and it died right after. it kept doing this so I started tapping the gas and that would get it runing, and then I melled gas reall bad and the pupm sounded funny. So I was looking for fuel leak and nothing but after the car idled for about 5-7 sec the smell went away. But now it does this everytime I start the car I have to pres the gas to keep it runing until it gets a little warm. BUT now everytime I come to a stop the car dies when I press in the clutch. The RPM's just fall. It is pissing me off. when I am in taffic I have to keep restarting. any opinions

Check your fuel prssure. Cartech regs like the HRC have been known to stick at over 100PSI idle fuel pressures.

No not really it feels like it has lost a little umph. I don't know much about cars but I personaly think it has something to do with the clutch or something along those lines cause as soon as I press the clutch the RPM's just fall....

try to start with no gear (i mean neutrales not forward not back!!!) if the engine die too: it isnt the clutch !!!! i think ignition or fuel-ecu

Definately check the plug gap. Gap them smaller and see if there is an improvement.
