I no longer have heater controls, i ditched them, so can i get rid of that heater core piping? block off the t-stat and main water pipe ( where they feed to the heater) without over heating? ill be boosting a 2.4

So are you or are you not asking about removing the heater core? Just loop the lines to take the core out of the loop.

2. Should i loop to the lower pipe OR block off the ports on the T-stat and on the water pipe.

sweet deal, i thought i read somewhere that people were having overheating issues with this.. so i was a little worried.
