If you still have the stock airbox, then get a CAI. If you have a short ram, then don't bother with the CAI. I've had both and I can't tell the difference according to the butt-dyno. When I compared the piping between the 2, I've notice that the short ram have much thicker piping diameter than the CAI. Sometimes it is equally important the size of the piping, thus inhaling more air. Put it this way, if you yourself is jogging, would you want to inhale colder air through a long narrow pipe (CAI) or a much warmer air through a short wider pipe (short ram). Hope I didn't confuse you!!!!

CAI intake is better dude, cold air is denser than warm air according to the laws of physics. More oxygen more combustion mean more power. If you have a short ram do the cold air extension mod in the mods section. I made one and it worx wonders.

yeah well its like a 2 hp difference and the cold air intake will get really dirty really fast...just go with whatever u can get a better deal on...anything's better than the stock box.

Here's how I tell it. You know the difference you feel with the short ram over stock? Add that much difference to the short ram and you have what a CAI feels like. Atleast to me that's about what it was like. CAI is about 2 times better I think. Or it feels better. Sounds meaner too.
