ok so i got an aem fpr for a bseries that i'm going to retro fit to my car but i need to know about the return. do i need a fuel return? why can't the fpr go inline with the fuel feed? thank you for all your help guys/gals

You can if you have a early fuel system but you'll need a custom aftermarket rail. If you want to use a Honduh fuel component, you should just mimic the whole fuel system. I would recommend waiting and saving to buy a real AFPR and Billet fuel rail rather than try and retrofit stuff.

The reason the FPR can't go in the feed is that it blocks pressure going through it creating back pressure in the system before it (the feed.) Think of it like a flowing river, then you dam it up. The river behind the dam will build up pressure, but after the dam is nothing but a trickle.

If you really want it retro fit, I can machine a custom rail for you but I'll need a B series fuel rail so I can match the inlet and threads for the AEM. Pm me for info.
