So I have a question I herd that you can use the 2001 avenger's lifters in the 420a motor. The question I have is, is it the same or equal as the Chrysler PT Cruiser style lifters in strenght and performance or should I just go with the SBI soild lifters?
P.S ---It may be the rockers I am not sure but I was just curious?

Who did you hear this from? Did you ask him/her for further details? The 2.4 hydraulic lifters have improved oiling, and the 2.7L followers, or rockers, offer improved performance as well.

Well I was told by this guy who built his 420a with them and said they helped in higher revving. So I just was wondering about them and to see if this true and if anyone else has done this mod and there rating on it.

Your factory ECU limits you to 7200RPM. Unless you're running aftermarket cams or a management system that will alow you to rev beyond the stock rev limit, you'll not see any benefit.
