#132712, "Problem with my car studdering while driving"

Sometimes I will get a studder in my car while driving and I am thinking it is my throttle position sensor because thats the code its throwing. Sometimes when I am accelerating my car's rpm's will jump and then go back normal. Anyone got any input in this, trying to fix it asap.
