Hi everyone, long time member. My 98 RS survived a long time and I was going to do a lot of maintenance to it, but a spark plug blew out the top of the head. I had it fixed and traded it in. That was four years ago and I have finally got around to boxing up all the parts I had. I am not looking to sell here, I am really just looking to see if they are still useable. I don’t want to sell something to someone only to have it be completely worthless. Most of this stuff is 5 years old. I currently have:
A Purolator fuel filter, never used. A Mopar water pump with gasket, never used, not even removed from the sealed packaging A Timing Belt, never removed from sealed packaging A Timing Belt Tensioner, still in the box A Thermostat, with gasket, still sealed in packaging from Mitsu Dealer. A Sachs Clutch Kit with a release bearing, still in the box
Again, I am not looking to sell here (although I may) but I wanted to see what everyone thought of the usability of this stuff because of the age. Moderators, if you need to move this, please feel free.
Thanks

Yes, I was on my fourth set of spark plugs at 148K miles. I was using NGKs, just like you were supposed to, but of course I believed the Pep Boys guys and went with Bosch. That's what did me in. Cylinder 4 popped out at 153K. Yes I blame Bosch
