I hope someone can help me on here.
I have a 96 eclipse 420A it has a lifter tick,I bought some lifters
from ebay they are ITM brand when i looked them up on another site they
said they were for a 4g63 my question is will these fit in a 420A???
and does anyone know how good they are??

I don't think 4G63 lifters will work in a 420A (not that I've tried). Post a picture of the lifter and we could probably verify which engine it is really for.

Will not work.

You want PT Cruiser 2.4 valve train. Can be had for $40 to $80 used. I see them a lot on Neons.org.

They are 3mm lifters and i guess they are called revised lifters or 3g lifters??

The ONLY thing that is cross compatable between the 4g63 head and the 420A head is the valve springs
