Would it be OK to push a car without the oil pan on, It would be out of the driveway and back in?

other than the concern of dirt getting intot he crankcase, i dont see actual pushing hurting anything

Why not just bolt it up with a bolt or two just to ensure no dirt or dust is introduced into the crankcase?
