#13206, "Electronic Fuel pressure gauge??"

I need some help installing my electronic fuel pressure gauge. Where can I hook up my fuel sending unit? Do I need to buy anything to make it work? I looks like an electronic oil press. gauge sending unit. It has to screw into something. Part numbers would also help.

I have one.. it's connected to the service fitting on my fuel rail. I just rigged together like 4 differnt fittings to go from 1/8th inch NPT on the sender to whatever size the service fitting is. I don't remember exactly.

the service fitting is on the passeger side.. depending on the year of your car, it may be on the end of the passenger side. it's got a plastic cap covering it.

Ok sounds good, does anyone else know what the fitting might be or any other ideas about installing a fuel guage?

Take the plastic cap off (it unscrews, it's just like a tire valve, only bigger) and use it to try and fit different fittings.. that's what i did.

On the 95, it's on the fuel rail, passenger side, pointing UP, in the area of the #2 runner of the intake manifold.

it's there, i swear. I have a 95, too.

Yes. Use a standard schrader valve tool, they're like %.50 at any autoparts store.. It threads out.

I tryed to use a 1/4 NPT fitting on it buy it wont go on. It looks like a 1/4" size but the thread looks like more spread apart. not as fine as the sender. I need a fitting to go from 1/4 NPT to whatever is on the fuel rail. Where can I go to test fit? or what sizes do you think I should buy and test?

It is -4AN. You need to go from -4AN Female to 1/8NPT female. I had to put togther 2 different fittings. If you can find one to do it, that'd be best obviously.

Mine went as follows:

fitting 1 fitting 2
rail -> -4AN(F) | 1/4NPT -> 1/4NPT | 1/8NPT -> fuel gauge

I have the same setup as mkerley. However, one of my fittings (can't remember if it is the -4AN - 1/4NPT or the 1/4NPT - 1/8NPT) is a 90 elbow.

I don't know for sure since I didn't have the option...but my guess would be 37. Hopefully someone else will know for sure. I got mine at an industrial hydraulics store.
But you can also check:
http://www.anplumbing.com
http://www.summitracing.com

anplumbing is generally a little cheaper, but I don't know their reputation.
